Clinical quality measurement to improve quality of healthcare services

Clinical quality is a measurable element of clinical performance that can be used to assess the quality and changes in the quality of services provided. Two factors are needed to improve the quality of clinical care. The first is to develop evidence-based medicine that identifies clinical practices to provide better care. The second is to know how to use evidence-based medicine into routine practice.
The aim of this study is to evaluate clinical quality measurement or audit which one of the methods that can be used to support clinical quality improvement efforts done to improve patient care and outcomes in the Turkish health system.
