An example of innovative financing system in healthcare: conditional cash transfer

Main purpose of this article is to answer question of “What does conditional cash transfer mean?”. From this perspective, implications of conditional cash transfers, which is related with health policy, health economy, ethical approaches and rarely discussed in healthcare, in Turkey and the World were pointed out. Conditional cash transfer aims to provide cash in order to achieve specific attitudes of poor people. These specific attitudes can be from vaccination, healthcare usage of pregnant women to children enrollment in schools. This program is seen as a social program aiming to decrease poverty. This study, from which all shareholders of conditional cash transfer (government, citizens, personnel, managers, politicians and other shareholders related with the subject) can benefit, is a compilation.
