Letter to the Editor: Diabetic Foot and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Abstract
Diabetic foot is an important public health problem. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is one of the adjunctive methods used in the management of diabetic foot. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy excerts its beneficial effects by relieving wound hypoxia. Patients with ischemic wounds are potential candidates for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
