Cervical ectopic thymus: Surgery or conservative management?

We present a case of Ectopic cervical thymus in a 3-month-old boy who presented with a painless right angle of mandible mass and was described as same density with the mediastinal thymus on computed tomography. He was managed conservatively as there was a reduction in the size of the cervical mass.
