Introduction: The spectrum of the clinical manifestations of Kawasaki disease (KD) is growing. In the classical and incomplete forms of the disease fever is present and KD without fever has been rarely described in the medical literature. Methods: We present three new cases and review the literature. Results: Although rare, KD can occasionally present without fever. A total of nine cases of non-fever KD have been described The majority of cases do not present major complications. Conclusion: Appropriate diagnosis and timely treatment are important to avoid complications in what could be considered a mild form of the disease.
