Citation Styles – An analysis

Abstract
All scientific publications include a list of references. In listing a reference,it is mandatory to include the title,names of authors & the journal alongwith other details like date,volume & page numbers.These details are listed in different patterns,which are termed Citation styles.Various citation styles are followed,which differ from journal to journal.This article discusses the commonly used Citation styles among various journals.
